Through a blend of lecture, group discussion, and interactive hands-on activities, this course will cover:

  • Different “thinking styles” and how to identify style preferences.
  • Strategies to work effectively with those with different thinking styles and problem-solving approaches.
  • Methods that encourage active thinking vs. automatic and reflexive thought.
  • Tactics to best investigate and solve problems, issues, and challenges.

This session is offered as a group or one-on-one learning event. Course curriculum is fully customizable to address the situational needs and challenges of your organization.
