California Workplace Anti-Harassment Training Compliance

California employers with five or more employees are now required to provide two hours of Sexual Harassment and Abusive Conduct Prevention Training to all supervisory employees and one hour of this education to non-supervisory employees every two years. The first deadline to provide this training is January 1, 2021.

Our live, interactive training programs are designed to not only meet California’s requirements, but to also create awareness, influence behaviors, and change workplace cultures. These sessions are available as in-person events or can be delivered via Zoom technology. Our web-based sessions are designed to mimic an in-person classroom learning environment.

We have developed several different training programs, which include both in-person and web-based solutions, and meet the compliance standards set forth by the State of California:

IN-DEPTH WORKSHOP STYLE:

Workshop style courses are customized, in-depth, interactive learning experiences which train teams in smaller groups. These 2.5-hour courses allow participants to practice the skills they are learning by utilizing tailored exercises and real-world scenarios applicable to their immediate workplace environment.
