What Really Matters When it Comes to Employee Retention and Recruiting?

The Great Resignation that began in 2021 is showing no signs of slowing in 2022. More than half of our survey respondents say they will look for a job in the next 12 months, with one-third actively looking now. Faced with such an exodus and against a hyper-competitive recruiting market, employers must adapt to meet employee demands or risk their future success.
