As a result of our ongoing growth, we are seeking a part-time HR Operations Manager to add to our team.

The resource we are seeking will support our clients in their HR processes, including, but not limited to benefits, leave of absence, HRIS, compensation, and HR compliance. This person will combine their HR knowledge and strong technical expertise to create and improve processes and implement best practices. They will use their analytical skills to organize and evaluate data in order to make recommendations and inform decision-making.

This role will work/communicate directly with clients to understand their needs and then configure, analyze, and interpret reports and spreadsheets to build data files that require data manipulation and validation and must be able to recognize patterns and anomalies in data to spot potential data integrity issues. They will then prepare and present findings to the client.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 8 years of HR experience
  • Experience with benefits, compensation, and/or policy and procedures development required
  • Experience in group employee benefits administration
  • Exposure to and analysis of group insurance proposal, policy, and pricing data. Administrative experience supporting group health plans (claims, enrollment, communication, education, compliance)
  • Experience in working with data and in HRIS systems, Workday and/or ADP experience preferred
  • Report/Query writing experience preferred
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills, a strong business sense, and prior experience operating in small to medium-sized business environments a plus
  • Project leader/management experience preferred
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
