As a result of our ongoing growth, we are seeking a part-time/per diem Trainer to deliver on topics such as:

  • Unconscious Bias
  • Diversity and Sensitivity
  • Harassment Prevention
  • Management Skills
  • Organization and Leadership
  • Team Building

The resource we are seeking will adapt existing curriculum to your own style as well as to client’s needs and execute training. Programs will be run primarily in the tri-state area requiring some travel from time to time (less than 20%).

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 5 years of HR Generalist/Business Partner background with professional training experience
  • Experience conducting the kinds of training programs highlighted above
  • Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly adaptable approach, persona, attitude
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Able to comfortably manage multiple projects and initiatives at the same time
  • Strong skills with PowerPoint and other MS Office software
  • Strong ability and willingness to structure programs to meet client’s time constraints, generally revolving around 2.5-5 hour sessions
  • Ability to travel to client sites
