Jennifer Palumbo serves as an HR Manager for OperationsInc. She has over 15 years of diverse Human Resources experience and is a subject matter expert in the areas of audit preparations, benefits administration, job description development, on-boarding, and reductions in force.
In Jennifer’s current role, she provides clients with full HR management including policy and procedure development, performance management, employee relations, benefits administration. She also provides guidance on complex HR compliance issues to a diverse range of clients, including those in the retail and healthcare space.
Jennifer began her career for Citizens Communications, where she served as a Human Resource Information Systems Analyst. Jennifer then moved to the health insurance company HealthMarkets Inc., where she was a Manager of Human Resources, planning, organizing, and overseeing all activities in the Human Resources Department.
Thereafter, Jennifer joined the Western Connecticut Health Network at Norwalk Hospital as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, where she spent eleven years partnering with Directors and Managers in all aspects of recruitment and retention.
Jennifer earned a B.S. in Public Health from Southern Connecticut State University.
