OperationsInc has a casual dress policy for in-office and remote team members. For those who work in our Norwalk headquarters, we offer a fully stocked kitchen, subsidized lunch, massage chair and meditation space, and an on-site gym.

Having Fun

We work hard and we have fun too. OperationsInc’s Fun Committee hosts theme days, monthly Spotify playlists, and virtual scavenger hunts where teams compete for prizes, while our Diversity and Inclusion Committee sponsors virtual happy hour, virtual book club, games, and encourages all team members to celebrate different cultures each month. Employees can also enjoy free tickets to events and concerts in Connecticut and New York; a Fantasy Football League, Super Bowl and March Madness pools, and flexible Summer Fridays.

Staying Healthy

OperationsInc’s Wellness Program gives team members access to hundreds of on-demand workouts, taught by certified instructors across all fitness style categories, including mental wellness exercises. Employees who complete wellness activities each month have a chance to win prizes.

Giving Back

Our Charitable Giving Program enables team members to give back to their communities by supporting organizations in their charitable endeavors. Whether it’s through volunteering time or providing monetary donations, OperationsInc contributes to this program annually. We’re also proud of our Volunteer Program, which allows a full or part-time team member to use paid time off each year to volunteer their time in support of a charitable endeavor of their choosing.
